Terms of Service

MyAtlasPass is a travel companion that helps you discover places, plan trips, get travel assistance from an AI concierge and translator, and purchase travel connectivity passes and eSIM data plans. Content and availability may vary by country and may change over time.

• You must be at least 16 (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

• Pricing & payment. Prices are shown in the Service (eSIMs are priced in US dollars). Payments are processed by Stripe; by purchasing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your chosen payment method for the amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes.
• eSIMs are provided via Airalo. eSIM data plans are provisioned and delivered by our partner Airalo and are subject to Airalo's own coverage, activation, and usage terms. Coverage, speeds, and availability depend on local networks and are not guaranteed.
• Member pricing. An active MAP Pass may grant member pricing on eSIMs and access to certain features. Passes and their benefits are described at the point of sale.
• Refunds. Digital connectivity products may be non-refundable once activated or delivered, except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase. Contact us with any billing issue and we will review it in good faith.
• Subscriptions. If a pass renews automatically, the renewal terms are shown before purchase; you can cancel as described in the Service or by contacting us.

The AI concierge, translator, and trip planner are provided for convenience and are powered by third-party AI. Their output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and is provided "as is". Do not rely on AI output for medical, legal, financial, safety, or other critical decisions, and independently verify important information. Do not submit unlawful content or sensitive personal data to the AI features.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization, or interfere with the Service's operation.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service, its APIs, or its content, except as permitted by law.
• Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of MyAtlasPass or any third party.

The Service, including its content, software, trademarks, and design, is owned by MyAtlasPass or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

The Service relies on and links to third parties (including Stripe, Airalo, and mapping and content providers). Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for third-party services or content.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content, connectivity, or AI output will be accurate or reliable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyAtlasPass and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or connectivity, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyAtlasPass from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or where necessary to protect the Service or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
